Returns
Any item may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided it is unused and returned in its original packaging and in new condition.
If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it and ship a new item at no cost.

Shipping within Israel
- Shipping cost: 35 NIS.
- Delivery time is 3–5 business days.
- For remote areas, delivery time is up to 7 business days.
International shipping
- Shipping cost: 80 NIS.
- Estimated delivery time is 15–30 business days.

Delivery times may be delayed due to high volumes at the shipping carriers, customs delays (on international shipments), weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
